COVID-19 Update

As you will be aware, the government have moved the entire country to Level 5 Restrictions commencing on the 22nd October. HSE EVE Estuary Centre is designated as an essential service and we will remain open and continue to offer services as per Level 3.

Onsite activities, Key worker appointments and 1:1 community meetings (on a limited basis) will continue. Service users will remain in their designated pods with particular staff for their regular sessions. All infection control protocols will remain in place. A letter has been provided for service users travelling further than the 5km limit to come to their appointment.

We hope that this will be good news for our participants. We understand that not everyone will be comfortable travelling to the centre under the current circumstances and that is absolutely fine too. We are a person centred choice based service so it is up to the individual what level of engagement is required. We will continue to offer many other forms of support through outreach, phone and virtual activities for those cocooning or unable to come into the centre.

If you have any queries or you want to discuss anything about this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Stay Safe!
