Yoga

s part of our health and wellbeing programme we recently added yoga to our list of weekly activities. These sessions are accessible to everyone with levels to suit everyone’s abilities.

Yoga is on every Monday afternoon and facilitated by ETB as well as Friday mornings with Stephen so if you would like to get involved just let your keyworker know!
