Lasagne:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 750g lean beef mince
- 90g pack prosciutto
- 800g passata
- 200ml hot beef stock
- 300g pack lasagne sheets
- Readymade lasagne white sauce
- 125g mozzarella
Lemon Drizzle Cake:
- 115g unsalted butter
- 115g caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 180g ground almonds
- 30g poppy seeds
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 125g self-raising flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 225g icing sugar
