Join Paula and Catherine tomorrow for this week’s online cooking and baking demo. This week we will be making delicious jacket potatoes and cupcakes. If you would like to cook along with us at home, here is what you’ll need:
Jacket Potatoes
- 4 Large Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 400g can of baked beans
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon worcestshire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives, to serve (optional)
Cupcakes
- 170g butter or Margarine
- 170g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 170g self-raising flour
- 200g plain chocolate
- Decoration: e.g. m&m’s, jellies, smarties etc.
