As part of our new way of working, we will be introducing online activities such as art classes, cookery demonstrations, exercise classes and quiz’s over the coming weeks. In preparation for this we will be showing everyone how to use Webex.
You can download the Webex app on your phone or tablet or access it online on your laptop or computer, all you need is an email address. If you don’t have an email address don’t worry, we will help you with this too!
You will receive an email the day before with an invitation to join the meeting with details of the activity as well as the time and date that it will be on at.
If the activity is something that interests you, on the day and time of the scheduled meeting log back on to your email and click ‘join meeting ‘ you will be asked to enter your email and your name, you will then be added to the meeting where you will be able to view the activity and catch up with your friends.
