Spring into Positive Mental Health.

 

Spring is the season of new beginnings. It is a great time to think about our mental health and ways we can look after it.

Spring cleaning can help us not only tidy our room or home but it can help us clear our minds. A tidy room can help us sleep better, and when we are rested we have more energy.

Spring is an ideal time to start thinking about becoming more active and perhaps starting a new hobby or joining a club. Exercise is a great way to improve our mood.

 

 

The evenings are getting brighter and the spring flowers are starting to show their colours. Hopefully the weather will get better and we all know sunshine makes us feel happier too.
