As part of our the Star Cinema Club, here in EVE Estuary, we like to go out to see a film in our local cinema at least once a month.
In September the film that we went to see was called ‘The 100 Foot Journey’.
It was a lovely film about culture, cooking and how a family found happiness and friends in a foreign country.
We enjoyed this film a lot and would definitely recommend it.
“I thought it was very good. I felt very hungry leaving the cinema after seeing all the lovely food being cooked” – Thomas Morgan
“I really enjoyed it. It was a lovely love story.” – Linda Mooney
We give this film a rating of 4 stars out of 5.
This month we went to see ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’.
It is a remake of the cartoon series of the same name.
“I enjoyed this film, it was funny.” – Mary Finnegan
“That was a great movie. I loved the part in the lift where the four turtles started to make music.” – Mary Mc Guirke
“It was a good film. It was about four turtles that were trying to save people. They were great fighters and saved the day in the end. I sort of remember the cartoon. It was funny to see it remade into a big film.” – Louise Donnelly
We give this film a rating of 4 stars out of 5.
