As part of the Visual and Performing Arts module we have started to explore how the human body can move and the marks that we can make through this movement.
Inspired by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s performance titled ‘Performance 13: On Line’. This is the piece in full by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker performed outside.’ we decided to try something similar out ourselves.
We used a sieve to sprinkle white flour on the ground and then invited members of the class to dance in this space.
The patterns that each person created were quite different from each other.
