We were delighted to welcome Karl Spain from Mental Health Ireland to EVE Estuary HUB as a guest speaker.

Karl spoke to use about the work of Mental Health Ireland and shared valuable insights on supporting positive mental health and wellbeing. He also discusses efforts to reinitiate the Thrive programme in Swords, which was both encouraging and inspiring.
